I'm a senior UX and service designer with 7+ years at AWS. On every project, I start by understanding the full service (people, processes, technology, and touchpoints) before jumping into solutions. I make sure we're solving the right problem, not just solving the problem right. I do my best work in collaborative environments, partnering closely with teams to bring a UX perspective from day one.

I'm especially drawn to healthcare and wellness, where clear and considerate design matters most.

Outside of work, you can find me hiking, painting, or learning something new.
